Welcome

I am going to open a chocolate shop. It has been my lifelong dream and it will happen in about 3 years. While doing "research" for the shop I try a LOT of chocolate. I've run into very good chocolate and very mediocre chocolate. So, it seemed worth sharing my accumulated chocolate experience with everyone :)

I'll try to rate chocolate shops on taste, originality, packaging, and overall experience. Whenever possible I will include links to buy the chocolate too.
